Everyone at GGTR is committed to making sure customers are satisfied with our products and happy with their purchases. In the event that your product is not what you expected, you are free to return it within 30 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. We keep things simple because we know what it’s like to be in your shoes. When we purchase from online companies, we too expect a simple return policy that does not confuse or frustrate us.

So just how can we do this? That answer is easy. At GGTR, we strive to make the highest quality products on the market. We take great pride in our gear and are very confident that customers will fall in love with our products just as we have. That said, we can deal with a few outliers that happen to be returned.

In case you still have doubts about how easy our return process is, we have included a list of acceptable reasons to return one of our products. You can send your product back if:

- You don't like the color

- You don't like the quality of the product for any reason

- You buy it as a birthday gift for your boyfriend/girlfriend, but they break up with you

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN:

While it disappoints us to know that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to ensure you have a smooth return process. Below are the steps you need to follow to return an item:

1. Enter your 4 or 5 digit order ID, which can be found on your order confirmation email. Enter the email address used when placing the order.*

2. Fill out the reason for return/exchange

4. You will receive an email with an exchange/return shipping label

Returns and exchanges can take up to 30 days to process but usually happen faster. For returns, once we have processed the return we will email you and please allow 2 to 5 business days for your credit to show up on your original payment method (we can only credit the original payment method) and please note that shipping will be deducted from the returned credit unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Returns/Exchanges Deadline
Our policy lasts 30 days. We have a generous return policy, but after 30 days all sales are final.

Please note that International orders must pay for return shipping themselves.

It is your responsibility to give us the correct shipping address. If your order is sent to the address that was given at the time of order, but you've changed addresses and we are not informed of the change before the order ships then there is nothing we can do to recoup this order. If this happens, we can make a 1-time exception and offer you our Trade-in program:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
